BITS 2010 Seventh Annual General Meeting of the Bioinformatics Italian Society

The Italian Bioinformatics Society along with the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology "E. Quagliariello" (University of Bari) and the Institute for Biomedical Technologies (CNR) have organized the 2010 edition of its Annual General Meeting.
The event will take place at the Domina Hotel & Conference Bari – Palace, Italy, April 14-16, 2010.
Arrived this year to its seventh edition, the BITS annual general meeting is the major event organized by the Italian research community in Bioinformatics.
The meeting is thought as a gathering forum to meet, discuss and exchange experiences among all those, both in the academy and industry, who are interested in bioinformatics and computational biology and in all their broad range of applications.

The conference will be organized in plennary sessions and posters sessions. Invited speakers will present some of the interesting developements and new perspectives in the field and a number of submissions will be accepted for oral presentations and posters on all topics.
