This Symposium has as principal scope to gather people interested in the enhancement of quality and safety of wine productions. Another main objective is to emphasize the most recent results about the influence of micro-organisms (yeast, bacteria, fungi) in wine quality and safety.
This event supplies a great opportunity for all the subjects involved in the wine production chain since it will promote the diffusion of scientific results transfer of results in support of the small and middle enterprises acting in the wine industry. The Researchers and experts will directly interact with Operators in order to place theirs technical-scientific know-how at enterprises' disposal and to contribute in this way to fill the existing gap among the scientific world and the entrepreneurial one.
